Biography

Famila was appointed as a Consultant Anaesthetist in Cambridge university hospital in 2012, made an Associate affiliated professor in clinical school of medicine in Cambridge university in 2018. She took over as the Practical clinical skills lead in 2021 and is the lead for Anaesthesia SSC.

She was made a fellow at ME in 2024, and has been appointed as a Clinical DOS for year 4 students.

She is the Allergy/Anahylaxis lead for the anaesthetic department and has a special interest in GA allergy
