Biography

Lidea Shahidi is a Research Associate at the MRC Cognition and Brain Sciences Unit, University of Cambridge. She conducts research on speech and hearing with a particular focus on improving speech perception outcomes for individuals with cochlear implants. She came to the University of Cambridge in 2022 after receiving her PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Duke University.
